Question on a DLC and slight venting

Awesome, a lot of these replies just took the words right out of my mouth (so to speak). As OWB and DM are my favourites, these days when I start a game I usully use HH and LR as leveling up chapters then OWB and DM then the rest of the game as the main part of the story.

 

I do sometimes wish though that I could reunite Veronica and Christine. To me Christine needs TLC/Healing and Veronica has not really gotten over her. I mean hell if I was Christine with the option to leave "let go" and start over "begin again" I'd want that to be with the woman I love. Especially considering something could kill me tomorrow.

@ Kataspie: I agree in that there could be the possibility for an option for Veronica to perhaps head over to the Sierra Madre once the game has finished. A new slide for her end story narration depending on the actions of the courier? It's fanciful and I'm not sure if it'd really work and here's why:

 

We get a holotape from Father Elijah to give her but nothing from Christine. So perhaps maybe Christine has "let go" of her past love and doesn't seek to rekindle it and has "begun again" as the silent guardian of the Sierra Madre. And if she wants to accomplish that, I honestly think she wouldn't want a chatter box like Veronica hanging around nattering away in her ear all the time.

 

Yeah, on reflection, I think Christine has moved on and no longer needs to be loved like she did.

I loved Dead Money. Though the radio collars made me cringe a lot, I thing its my favorite DLC of the bunch with OWB running on second. Oh yeah, I hated it when you finally got into the Casino. The sheer amount of "find this to unlock this" was just ughhhhhh. I loved Christine! Too bad you couldn't bring her back to Mojave with you. Your only memento of her is her Sniper Rifle from OWB and it became my weapon of choice (since I had a sniper build) throughout the game.
