I know there is the Immersive Interiors portion of All Natural, but it's my opinion that they did far too much work for little added immersion. The immersion is broken in that you don't see any npcs outside. Frosted glass windows are reasonably immersive, the people of Cyrodiil may simply enjoy their privacy, or perhaps they never learned the art of creating transparent glass.
