masternoxx
There are these bleedout modifiers, and can't find much info on the net on exactly what they do. fBleedoutDefaultfBleedoutMinfBleedoutRatefBleedoutRecover In my mod I would like actors to stay "down" longer because its more realistic. I have set the fBleedoutRate from 15 to 50. I can't tell for sure what its doing. I'm not sure what is the correct setting to use. Thanks for any help =) It seems that fBleedoutDefault maybe the health that they go down at, fBleedoutMin maybe the minimum health they will go down at (perhaps if bleedout override is used or something on the actor stats screen), not sure about fBeedoutRate or fBleedoutRecover tho. There is this page but there's no description for themhttps://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Category:Settings I think fBleedoutRate is probably the wrong one to use. I believe it simply affects the rate they recover health while down. Lower numbers meaning more rapid health regen. With it set to 50 I have seen that my follower gets up with very low health. I don't think it has extended the down time.it was because of this post, https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1197761-longer-npc-bleedout/ , which I think maybe wrong Perhaps will try fBleedoutRecover instead, but if anyone knows for sure please reply to post. TY K thanks! Edited January 26, 2019 by masternoxx

tenhats
In Fallout 4 increasing fEssentialCompanionDeathTime does the trick, it's probably the same in Skyrim. I messed with all the other settings and none of the others seemed to effect how long they stayed down.
