Request: Don't try and recruit me theives!

I'd like a modification that checks to see if you've invested any perks in sneak, lockpicking and pickpocket. If it returns false (As in, no perks for pretty much all of them) you have to actually go up to the theives guild members to ask them about the guild to join, rather than it being forced on you as soon as you enter the marketplace for Riften.

Main reason being, I'm a OHW Warrior, and this is my build: http://skyrimcalculator.com/#161531

I don't want to be a goddamn theif, and I don't want the quest cluttering my journal >_>

While "Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start" doesn't actually check for those skills, it's in the same spirit: You'll be approached only when you've stolen ánd pickpocketed enough items.

Its it absolutely needed to join the theives guild at all? I mean i played the main quest line and it sorta forces you to join theives guild anyways. When you go and ask that recruiter(forgot name but he is selling "falmer blood elixers") for help about something on the main quest line. He makes you join the guild first, unless you have a high Speech Craft, but I've gone there with like 70 Speech and it still makes it where I have to join. Anyways, to make it where u do not have to join the guild, but can still do the quests that require some part of it.

]Another example being the Rare Gems you find in many locations all over the place, they are Pieces of a Whole Gem, but you need to be IN the guild for Vex to actually start the Collect all pieces Quest.

You don't need to join the guild to further the main quest. The questlog may say so but you can just go into the sewers and find Esbern without talking to Brynjolf.

Unfortunately the rare gem quest doesn't have a workaround (without resorting to console commands/mods).

Really? I never actually tried to go in without talking to Falmer Elixer man. B4 when i went to there without the quest at all, all he did was complain about him knowing dangerous ppl to leave him alone "Esbern")
