Texture Problem ! Pls Help !

Try to reload a prior save, could be your d3d file is corrupt. Why it's always important to have a backup of your whole SSD in case this happens. Whenever you see this type of bug it's pretty significant in other words very broken. You can also do a file check through steam to try to recover bad files.

Is it okay if I re-install the game and re-copy the mods folder?

It takes a lot of time to load it over and over again.

I've done it before long ago and it worked, but it's not the same for everyone good luck.
