salawow
Hey ! Before anything else, i just want to mention that i have a lot of mods (100+), and use NMM. So my problem is intermitant, pretty random, can appear 2 minutes after loading the game, or let me play 30+ minutes without any problem. So far, the 2 "not loading" things i noticed are trees and water. In case of trees, it loads as some very low graphic tree, sometimes even floating about 5 feets above ground, and there's no collision on it. (i can walk through it). In case of water, it's totaly missing. (let's say the river in riverwood, there was about 100 feets of it without any water). That could sounds like some missing/corrupted/conflicting files to me, but the strange thing is, if i'm in front of one of these (let's say, in front of one of those "ghost" tree, or in front of a river without water in it), save the game, exit to desktop, reload skyrim, reload the save, everything loads fine. (trees are fine, missing water is back running, etc). Any clues about that ?
Georgiegril
It seems possible that you might be experiencing problems due to graphics or memory overload? What is you card/comp specs, and have you tried to see if this happens at the lowest graphics settings? Also have you run something like CPU-Z, Riva tuner, etc to check your computer's performance during the game? Obviously, the other possibility is mod conflict, in which case BBen's Mod troubleshooting guide should help.

Thanks for your answer :) My computer spec: Intel Q9550 (never overclocked, so @2.8ghz)8gb ddr2Asus HD6850 (1gb memory, never overclocked) Since i have a lot of graphics enhancement mods, (althought i always download the "Iight" version of textures when i can) i also thought about graphics memory overload.. is there any way for me to check further into that ? Is this kind of issue a common symptom of graphic memory overload ? I played skyrim a little bit at release without any mods, and i didn't have that issue.. so i guess it come from mods. Knowing if it's about mod conflict of graphic memory overload would be nice though.. disabling mods one by one to test is pretty hard with an issue that never appear at the same spot/time. salawow
Just one more thing i forgot to mention. I'm almost out of free space on my HDD, can my issue be related to that ? (4gb of free space ATM, on a 1 To hard drive)
bben46
Your HD does need free space - Low free space can lead to heavy fragmentation. Which means the HD is constantly swapping things around and in and out of the page file. With e Terrabyte of Drive, I'm sure there is something you can remove, even if it's just some temp files. Or some game you no longer play that can be backed up and removed from the HD. Run a disk clean up program. Get rid of any old installer programs - they are no longer needed after the program is installed. clean out the temp files. If you have more than two or three restore points look to see if some of those can be removed. Then after you have taken out the trash, run checkdisk to recover any lost file fragments and finally after all that run a defrag program.
