The warning was given for the following reason: vigilante behavior, insulting site staff, slur on sexual orientation "Serving pirated copies on his yt channel and still didnt get banned. Even has the audacity to upload here. Good job staff...." Posts which point out and attempt to correct alleged wrongdoing are considered vigilante behavior. From our TaP... "Public accusations [of site rules violations] made outside of the reporting systems may be subject to moderation." and "Attempting to enforce our site policies yourself through 'vigilante' behaviour is prohibited. If you feel our staff are not moderating an issue correctly, refer to Complaints Regarding Moderation in our Moderation Policy." Further, we do not moderate for what users do on sites other than Nexus. In addition, "agree to the gay part" and "Dont update this mod ok". From our TaP... "Do not post personally or generally insulting remarks towards someone else, or a group of people."
