Ihoe Posted September 4, 2008 Share Posted September 4, 2008 Hi folks,I've been playing oblivion since the first day it was released and when I entered the IC market District after finishing chargen quest this text message applies:New Topic: Do You Need Couriers? and it always happens when that crooked watchman enters the district.I tried looking through the construction set but was not successful. None of the NPC's in the imperial city have that topic.I checked all 134 of them. as I heard that there is an Imperial legion faction : is this related to it or the black horse courier? Since some independent mods ask you to be in the imperial legion faction or the black horse courier. InfiniteRealm Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Well, that wasn't too obvious :P When I first got that text I went on a crazy search through Cyrodiil for all hr Black Horse Courier people, thinking it was for them...The Gold Hourse Courier (I think its called that) takes over where Beth left off, and added courier missions.
