How to edit location names on the world map

I am working on a 'Game of Thrones' overhaul mod at the moment, and would like to be able to change the names of towns and castles as they appear on the world map, but for the life of me I can't find any place in the Creation Kit that seems to do this. Anybody able to enlighten me?

All you have to do is go to the worldspace (Riften, for example), find the map marker in the area, double click it and go to the marker data tab. Then just change the name from "Riften" to whatever you want it to be.

 

EDIT: Also, you will probably need to change the name of the world space as well. You can do this by clicking on World>Worldspaces then click on "RiftenWorld". You will see a box called "Name" Which will currently be filled with the text "Riften". Just change it to whatever you want and click OK.

So I've been able to edit the world map names through editing the map markers, and also discovered that to change the name of a place as it appears when you hover your crosshair over the door, you need to edit the Interior Data.

 

This works fine for places like the Blue Palace or Whiterun Prison, etc, but no matter where I look I can't find where to edit the name of the open world spaces, as none of the non-Interior areas seem to have a tab that allows you to edit the name (only those listed under Interiors do).
