Tyran2 Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 As in title - whenever I save my mod to work on it later -When loaded - I see only master files I marked - none of plugin files is there - and modifications made with them are restored to vanilla. Is there a way to make your mod "remember" plugin files somehow? I tried TS5Edit to add plugins as masters - the problem remained. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
IsharaMeradin Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 You need to 'esmify' each ESP that you require to be a parent master. Wrye Bash instructions:Right click on desired pluginChoose 'esmify'Repeat for as many plugins as necessary.Do your work in the Creation Kit and save your pluginBefore testing 'espify' each plugin that you previously 'esmified'Re-sort as necessary.Test your plugin. What this does is false flags the ESP files so that the CK (and game) will think that they are ESM files. But this moves them in the load order up to the ESM section which can have other undesired effects in a normal situation. Thus the false flag has to be reverted prior to doing any in-game testing.
