Yes, it can be that hard. You can't come into these forums and just expect to have somebody totally frop whatever they're doing at that point to spend the dozens of hours it would take to create this.

I just started using the CS earlier this month for the first time. Some 18 days later I am now nearly complete with my first mod and that is after wasting 4 days trying to undo the typical “newbie” mistakes I made. And believe me when I say that I feel much more gratified doing it myself (even though I am sure there are much better ones out there), than someone else doing it for me. Learning the CS is not all that hard, although some of the controls and conventions are, to be honest, not entirely intuitive. Anyways, if you ever do wish to become more serious about modding (as posting in the plugins forum would indicate), it would be good for you get your teeth cut, as it were, on a starter project.
