.esp is causing crashes in vanilla locations

After making some progress working on my mod (I've only done locations, no scripting/quests/NPCs), the mod is causing crashes when I load a vanilla Skyrim cell. I've attempted deleting the changes between the backup file of when my mod worked, cleaning the mod, and taking the backup and copy-pasting the new additions into it, all of which still result in the crashing. I've uploaded the .esp onto Mediafire. If anyone can take a look at it and identify something that's causing this problem, I'd be very grateful.

Is there some sort of a limitation for how much content can be added by a single .esp file? That seems to be my theory so far, as I haven't done anything recently in the mod more complex than linking doors.

 

EDIT: I've looked around the mod some and found a very strange error: The mod is transferring vanilla objects from vanilla locations and putting it into my mod's cells! I just found Bryling's house (The exterior object), still with its FormID, sitting in one of my cells. How does it do this? I've had the problem before, actually, on my Blackscar Citadel mod.

 

Has anyone had this happen to them before? These are separate games, but this bug plagues me like the Shadow from Amnesia. I must've annoyed it somehow.
