Please help frequent CTD's

You can NOT run 150+ mods with out a bashed or smashed patch

 

my guide, do ALL of steps 1-3 ( and Appendix 1 if needed ) and make sure to use the files in the box i made using the *****************

EDIT: also, do not NOT use original Skyrim mods with SSE unless they have been converted first. Just an FYI

Some mods have been updated for SSE, and even LE, you may want to take a look around and download the mods for SE. Also Open Cities has been known to crash things. I don't use it myself.

 

As to bash or merge patches, there are videos on making them. The best absolute video on making a merge patch is done by Dirty Weasel Media on youtube. Just look up DWM and merge patches. Some are older, and for different games, but he not just tells you what tools to use, but also how to do it. Anyway, If you are updating mods, I do suggest rebuilding your patch every single time a mod, or several, update.

Had you bothered to view the link I posted you would have seen that I detail exactly how to build or rebuild a bashed patch and also exactly why it should be done and what it does
