M48A5
Please see "How to ask for help" and provide all the information noted there. https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/How_to_ask_for_help The "Bashed Patch, 0.esp" is from Wrye Bash, not FOMM or BOSS. The load order you provided is not from B.O.S.S., where is it from?

M48A5
Where did you obtain the game? What mod manager are you using? Where is the game installed? Did you make the changes in the game .ini file to limit your CPU to use only two cores? What program are you using to launch the game?

M48A5
You should have bUseThreadedAI=1 and you have to add iNumHWThreads=2. Why are you not using FOMM to launch the game?
