Eyes missing on charicter

I've run into an issue where my characters eyes are missing. I've tried disabling AA, and have even did fresh downloads on all my mods. Weird thing is though is that when I don't launch through the SKSE application my eyes are back. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

My load order is below if its ordered awfully let me know (Literally just switched to PC, and I've done next to no modding)

It's because of the newest Special Edition RaceMenu update. Either disable the Face Overlays in its .ini or roll back to an earlier version of RaceMenu.

 

By the way, this is the forum for the old Skyrim, not the Special Edition.
