Large Modpack Fail to Start

I'm a mildly experienced Skyrim modder. I'm currently in the process of creating a large pack in prep for Skyrim Together.

Using Tech's guide as a base, I've drafted quite a list (almost 360 mods)

I've run the bashed patch, sorted with loot, fixed all ITM records, no files in my overwrite, etc.

It refuses to launch at all. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong at this point. I have no Papyrus logs because it never starts in the first place :o

There's also a solid chance I'm missing a conflict between mods that LOOT isn't picking up. Any help identifying that cause would be greatly appreciated

How many .esps do you have in this list? If I remember correctly, having over 255 can cause weirdness within the game
