  1. I have something similar going on at the moment. My game crashes on save (any saving function) even on brand new characters. I had this problem before but the fix I used back then doesn't seem to work anymore.
  2. Okay, so I added some mods later, redid the Smash, and it started crashing again. I then went back to my old load order, the one that worked after removing mods and redid the Smash again. Still crashed. I then decided to build an entirely new Smash with those few mods that work together, and it didn't crash anymore. My hypothesis from all this is that there was some mod in my load order that sort of baked its files into the Smash and kept them there even after removing the mod and rebuilding the Smash. So, I guess this is now all sorted out. Thanks to all the two people (and various reddit posts) that helped.
  3. Update: Decided to try out Mator Smash to replace my bashed patch, and surprisingly I'm now able to save. I have no idea why it doesn't save with a bashed patch but it does with a Mator Smash. I'll be doing some more testing today and will return here to talk more about it.
  4. I know what I'm doing this weekend
  5. Update: Found out after some testing (And copious amounts of removing mods) that when I disable my bashed patch the game works fine.
  6. I just decided to start from a clean slate.
  7. Also I see that you have YASH2 in there. It drastically increases difficulty, no matter what the in-game difficulty is.
  8. How many .esps do you have in this list? If I remember correctly, having over 255 can cause weirdness within the game
  9. Alright, so, I've been having this problem for quite a while now. Basically anytime I make a save (be it auto-, quick-, or manual save) I crash to desktop. I've scoured the internet for a fix, but nothing seems to work. I've noticed that other people have had a similar if not the very same problem, but none of their solutions seem to work for me. It's really crippling my ability to play the game, since it even affects brand new games, i.e. I create a new game, save, instant CTD. (I even tried waiting a bit for all my mods to be detected by MCM, but that didn't help either) Now then, before anyone asks: -I have the latest version of Skyrim SE -I have the latest version of SKSE -None of my mods conflict in a way that should cause CTDs -I've used LOOT with my load order, and manually moved some plugins to their respective places according to the modpages -I've used Wrye Bash, if that matters -I've esmified some of my larger plugins to reduce the amount of references My load order (I use MO2): What I have gotten from some testing is that I can get the game to save if I have next to no mods. I could try a minimalistic load order, but I'd like to hear the community on this first. Thank you in advance, etc.
  10. Very helpful, thank you. Been looking around for a fix for a while now.
