BlackRampage
Do you have FOSE? (FOSE = abbreviation for FallOut Script Extender)

Post your mod load order (list) from Nexus Mod Manager (NMM). I assume it's fairly short currently. I'd recommend you get Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) as it has Fallout Script Extender (FOSE) and ArchiveInvalidator invalidated built into it saving you from having to get them manually or edit the main .ini file. Both of these are required for most mods to run, with the second one allowing mods to tell the game to ignore its vanilla (original) files. As for the mod load order I can give you a quick overview of what it is. When you load FOMM or NMM you will see a list of .esm and .esp files which you can check off allowing the mods to work. Fallout3.esm should always be the top one and any DLC .esm files should under most circumstances come right after or lower on the list. What this is telling the game is that the DLC files are to be used to add content or overwrite parts of the Fallout3.esm hence how content from the dlc gets into your game. Anyway rule of thumb is that if two or more mods are trying to change the same thing one has to win and that is always the one closer to the bottom of your list though there are compatibility patches which solve this in some cases. Anyway seeing your load order would help show what might be in the wrong place. also try deleting RH_ironsights and download the files manually. This usually consists of simply unziping a folder and moving its contents into the main fallout 3 data folder. Hope that was somewhat sensical lol.
