CTD when trying out a customized perk created using xEdit

Mods are great, no denying that. But when multiple mods (Perk mods mainly) try to change the same perks, conflicts are bound to happen. Using xEdit I can pick out which mod's version of a perk wins (more skillpoints per rank or an actual beneficial effect etc). Then there are useless perks that are pretty much a waste of a perk slot.

Now I tried to make a custom perk where I combine several perks that are much alike and condense them into one perk. I already did this for Educated, Comprehension and Swift Learner and made a perk called Student!. The perks that it replaces have been set to non-playable.

And in inspiration of the Terminator franchise, I tried to merge several perks (Commando, Gunslinger, Size Matters, Adamantium Skeleton, Cyborg, Rad Resistance, Toughness etc etc) into one superperk. xEdit shows no conflicts, I.E. no missing masters, the load order is correct, (Fallout3, all 5 DLC's, UF3P, then my custom perks esm, in that order.) In fact, my custom perks esm only has fallout3.esm and BrokenSteel.esm as its masters.

However, as I try to launch it through FOMM (let alone the vanilla launcher through Steam), the game gets to the startup screen, 2-3 seconds later, CTD.

What's the reason for the CTD? Is it because I stuffed too much stuff into the Terminator perk? Is it because I disabled vanilla perks that are necessary for the game? I tested this latter by seperating the disabled vanilla perks and the Terminator perk into a seperate .esp and the Terminator esp alone caused a CTD, so the problem must lie there.

I've attached the custom merged perks.esm to this post, so you may look into this issue as well. In the meantime I'll try to recreate this perk from scratch.

The only " perk " that I have had issues with and just know NOT to use it, is the one that gives you all the Blue Prints for Vanilla Special Weapons. For some reason, that will start a quick and/or slow corruption of the game to not being able to be played at all.

The Student, Cyborg, Robotics and such, work just fine and I've done nothing but NMM and LOOT.

Your esm crashes the game and GECK for me. I can only open it in FO3Edit, and can't figure out what is wrong there. Maybe start from scratch and add one perk rank at a time. Each perk rank should be conditioned on the player not having the next rank, unless you want them to stack.
