GamerRick
I created a scene to look like the floor collapsed and the entire contents of an office on the 2nd floor fell to the 1st floor. On the bottom are some rubble piles and OffRmFloorHolePlatform01 - 04 pieces (all static items). Then there are some furniture pieces and a desk. On top of that I dropped numerous misc. items and movable statics. I used the "Run Havok Sim" button to drop them all. Some are vanilla and some are from resource mods. Even the vanilla items do this. The various items aren't even touching each other. In game, when I walk on this pile and get near the various items, they all start moving in slo-mo in the same direction like they are floating and slowly tumbling weightlessly through space. The direction is horizontal and is in the opposite direction a OffRmFloorHolePlatform01 (the big one) is sloped. I started removing items with no effect, yet. What I have created seems to be unique, in that I can't imagine anything else like it anywhere in the game. Is this a known issue? Is there a limit to how many items the game can Havok at the same time?
GamerRick
It was caused by one mesh that I thought was OK. The mesh was not stripified and had a collision mesh that has more vertices then the meshes themselves. I fixed both and it works fine now. Now I need to inform the modder.
