TritonEXE
I want to make some videos of a playthrough, but I am unsure how to make the camera in a different position than just the first and third person cameras you get while playing. I want different angles on my character to record while I'm playing the game, essentially.
jkruse05
If you're on PC just open the console with "~" and type "tfc", that puts you in a free-flying camera. "tfc 1" also pauses the game world, so you won't get attacked, and can get some nice clips of action without having to time it so perfectly. You can also use "tm" to hide the hud, but be warned that it also hides the console, so you won't be able to see it when you type that again to turn it off. I'm not sure how much control you get over your character when in that camera mode, but give it a shot and see what you can do. MissingMeshTV
In addition to what jkruse05 mentioned, you can control the speed of the freecam with the sucsm command: sucsm xx“xx” is the speed you want to use. The default speed of 20 is is pretty much useless for having any sort of control. Speeds of 5 or less can give you some nice pans and zooms. Speeds below 1 (ex: sucsm .5; sucsm .07) are useful for much slower movement.
