'Removing' objects?

Wasn't sure where to post this, so.. Is there a command to entirely remove an item or NPC? And I don't mean 'kill' because that leaves a corpse.

Yeaaahh.. I didn't find it.

 

Edit: if Its removereference isn't that just removing the Id next to it,instead of the actual item.

If I told you what the command was, you would only know that command and you would not have learned about any of the other commands that are availabe.

However, since you were not able to find it, I will tell you. First, when in the game, press the tilde (~) key. This will open the console. Left click on the NPC to target them. The NPC name should appear in the top middle of your screen. Type "RemoveAllItems" without the quotes and press the enter key. Press the tilde (~) key again to exit the console.

Oh no I am gratefull you posted it, I learned the notarget command which will be usefull for setting up combat scenarions in my world. :)

 

 

And wil RemoveAllItems get rid of.. Well, all items or only the one selected?

I misunderstood your original post. RemoveAllItems will take away everything the NPC has. You can use the command "RemoveItem" followed by the base object code of the item you want to remove.
