DigiDead
Okay, so i've tried everything. i started with a fresh install, then added what mods i needed. it started with no main menu, then crashing as i loaded, then crashing at the dev screens, so i deleted everything, all new mods, all new data folder, everything. i re=installed all mods i worked with, now it instantly crashes. i see the first dev screen, then it crashes. M48A5
I have you tried using FalloutNV.esm only? Or the base game with the DLCs and not mods. The first thing you must do is get a stable game with no mods. After you have a stable game and you are through the tutorial, you can start to add mods. If you don't intend to use a plugin, do not install it. If it installs with the mod manager with no input from you, uninstall it before running your game. dubiousintent
Please see the 'Vanilla Load Order' entry in the 'First Timer Advice' section; also the 'Towards Game Stability' and the 'Common Game Problems' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to play a modded FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. -Dubious-
