DarkRudra Posted February 18, 2019 Share Posted February 18, 2019 As I understand it, that's one of the features of Uncapper. It requires some tweaking of settings to get that effect, though. There are some presets for it listed as separate mods, I think Better Leveling might be the closest of those to what you're looking for.
