Vortex is automatically disabling necessary plugins

Every single one of the necessary files listed in the pic are being automatically disabled a few seconds after I enable them.

 

I'm using Version 0.17.3, and this is my mod/install path: J:\Nexus Mod Manager\Vortex Managed Mods

 

EDIT: God damn it this thing won't attach my png screenshot. I'm trying to enable:

 

ClimatesofTamriel.esm

EFFCore.esm

ELFXEnhancer.esm

*I've never done anything to the mods that wasn't standard vortex-required management like deployment, except for;

*I've used TESVEdit (Delete copies of master and undelete references only)

*I've used minimal WryBash

*I've never used LOOT, since I can't get it to work with my version of Vortex, but there's already a thread about that. I suppose it could be a load order thing, but Vortex hasn't told me anything about them except that other mods require the .esm plugins it keeps disabling.

*No particular error messages.

 

I haven't set up Papyrus on this comp yet; too busy and I wanted to spend my free hours playing.
