Lately, I've noticed my nice 50 to 60 fps starts to suffer pretty badly in workshops, mainly the weapon one when scrolling down the weapons I have on me, even if its only a few, and subsequently their list of available mods. This doesn't happen on a new save, only after many hours of looting and storing everything in lockers in my settlement. Is it possible I'm bogging my stuff down by being a hoarder? Doesn't happen all the time either which is strange, Believe me when I say my mod list is pretty big. I use Vortex, and Wrye to make sure there are no conflicts and nothing is interfering with each other. This only happens at my settlement of choice.
