I am almost done with my next update for Monster Wars and I need a script to ttach to my sigil stone. It only has to be basic, like moving the player to a target reference such as a door on activating the item. There may be something like this already in the CK but I can't find it. I know there are some of you who are really good at this subject so this must sound like childs play, but it's just one of those gaps I don't know much about right now. If you to see the result it's here, you just need to find the Oblivion gate and play through it. There's no quest yet, I know how to do it but I don't think it's that important right now. What I really want is to find a way for sigil stones to have the same tes4 enchant ability, OR to grant perks while in the player inventory.
