Deep Style and ENB run

Okay, so i got a fresh install all set up with Deep Style retextures installed, an ENB, a preset, some radio mods, and one quest area mod i've been meaning to try.
trouble is, whenever im inside, the lighting goes really dark, and gets wrose when i open dialoge, the menu, or take a screenshot.
when i take a screenshot outside, the second i do, the lighting changes, like the angle shifts. any idea on a fix?


using a gtx 1070
also using This ENB preset.

to clarify, the Textures are not the problem, they're supposed to look like that with Deep Style, its the lighting i'm trying to fix.

You have more of a problem then just the lighting. The images you provided have no relation to the images that are displayed on the mod page.

 

If you remove the enb, is the problem corrected?

what problem is there besides the lighting? cus the textures are supposed ot look like that.

i had to uninstall ENB series completely to fix it.
is it my preset thats buggy, or what do i do to remedy the problem, is there a better preset you can reccomend? I dont want to lose the colors playing with Deep Style.
