Gender perks edit - how difficult is it, actually?

As someone who is relatively new to modding, and has no idea how mods are actually made, there's a fairly minor thing I would like to see happen but have no idea how difficult it would actually be.

 

I think it would be great if users of the Black Widow and Confirmed Bachelor perks could both access the other's speech options, as well as a similar thing with Cherchez La Femme and Lady Killer.

 

 

(Mainly because I think it would be hilarious for a Confirmed Bachelor to be able to sleep with Benny and/or kill him in his sleep....)

The perk is limited by a condition of "GetIsSex" or "GetPCIsSex"

So you could just remove it from the vanilla one recording that edit in an .esp

 

To make the scene happen of sleeping with Benny, there is probably a similar condition on that dialogue info which triggers it, which you could also remove.
