Marcholt10 Posted August 1, 2012 Share Posted August 1, 2012 This is a request for a small change about the way followers work, as I was not able to find an existing mod that would do the same thing already. Basically I use mods that can make followers essential, and once defeated they fall on one knee and start recovering. The problem is they recover rather fast and come back to the same fight with the same opponents that already defeated them. My idea is to make followers stay in "defeated" state much longer, so once defeated they would be out from this particular fight for good, as their recovery would take much longer. Maybe a wait period of few hours would be required for them to recover (not necessary fully heal, but to come back from the "recovering state")? AmadanBezerk Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) I fully agree in a bit of a vindictive way: I like the idea of "punishing" the player for failing to properly help out their loyal companion/follower, (or even their co-adventuring WIFE!):whistling: when they need it the MOST, usually in the middle of a nasty melee. "Thanks for nothing jerk!--Fail!" :verymad: LOL! Now, the player must suffer the wasted time and inconvenience of waiting for their severely disappointed companion/follower to sufficiently heal up. This idea is quite immersive.
