Editing faces - no cheek-related options.

I want to create an elf who doesn't look like they're sucking their cheeks in. Since there are no obvious options in the creation kit that allow me to edit this, and a quick google yielded no useful results, I have come here asking for help. I've thought about trying to swap the ear models and skin, and just stick elf ears and skin on a human head which would work in any of the previous kits, but in this one everything is unhelpful. So, fellow modders, how would I go about doing this? Many thanks.
