oneofsharp Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 I've created a mess with my mods. Somehow I've ruined all my heads. I use UFO and have tried to find them all and send them home but even though I've done 9 it shows I still have 12. I've removed all my female followers and body replacers and still the heads and bodies don't match on any NPC in the game. The body seems very dark even the Nords and the faces are so bright they are almost washed out. I've played with body slider but can't get anything to work. Any suggestions? Or questions? or any kind of help? I'm spending more time solving problems than playing the game. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ironman5000 Posted August 15, 2012 Share Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) If you see grey heads it's a facegen issue - custom faces use their own mesh and textures to show properly, so if you got rid of any files in data\textures\actors\characterdata\meshes\actors\character then maybe you deleted the wrong thing, try reinstalling your body replacers then the follower/npc mods. Your issue seems to be related to the body though which I haven't heard of personally but the same deal should apply to the same folders.
