alex2avs
as for books what type of things you want? Sheppard Any kind of writings. It's not necessary to be Oblivion related.I think it would be nice to have something to read in game :) that's not related to the story. I already added a thread in the Druid's Garden (it was moved  ) See Thread :thanks:
Darklaer
Lol in Australia we ended our school at the same time as u started  Anyway, the armour looks absolutely sick. I hope to be playing your mod soon. Just check it isn't a dirty mod, because I've downloaded plenty of those, and I regret not checking them, because I've had to uninstall and reinstall Oblvion about 3 times before I realised. Triforce1
I commend your efforts; it is always nice to hear of new cities. However, from your screens, I would like to warn you against a mistake you are making. There is too much open space in your city. Look at the vanilla cities; everything is so packed together you can't hardly think. That is the way it was in Midieval European cities too. My advice is to pack stuff in more. Otherwise, it won't give you as much of a city feel. And I'd do it before you start linking doors, too, because a linked door will stay where it was linked. Unless you unlink them...If you really are set on such an open space in your city, make it like an Arboretum or something, with grass and trees not cobblestones. I would also reccommend altering the height in your city, perhaps putting in a pond too, because there is nothing more boring and unrealistic about a perfectly flat stretch of land. And don't disillusion yourself that you can fill all that space in later; I know from experience that it is reall hard to fill space without some sort of plan beforehand. And that is alot of space. I don't mean to be mean, I just want to see this thing come to best possible fruition. Best of luck to you, sir!

humanbean234
RE: Triforce1 and the "too much open space" comment...Most (if not all) European cities do have at least one open paved square in the center of town (auf Deutsche, der Marktplatz) which serves for public gatherings, local festivals, open-air markets, etc... usually located right in front of City Hall (if the city is big enough to warrant one) or the primary Gasthaus(restaurant & brewery with a few rooms to let) if it's a smaller town. Away from the town square, however, yeah, the streets tend to be barely wide enough to get a small wagon drawn by a single horse through them, and they wind around with the curvature of the terrain. Nice, even city-blocks are a recent development from the 18th century onward. Want a really good example of a walled city built on a coastline, with streets that don't quite run straight?Google "Dubrovnik, Croatia"
