I have the AA-FWE-xCalibr-EVE patch loaded just after Apoc Armory. You have to create a new merged patch everytime you add another mod. Did you download the FWE/AA compatibility patch? http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/17396 If you already done both of those, I am not sure...
