Cannot wear NCR faction armor

I've been playing the game for quite a while now, and only just tried to put on some faction armor. The problem is that whenever I try to put on any NCR armor, I cannot go any further past the dialog that says "you are now dressed as a member of the NCR" or whatever it says. It has an OK button there to press, but nothing happens. I can press ESC and go to the menu, but nothing in the menu is selectable and the dialog remains on screen. If I hit ESC again, it doesn't go back into the game.

 

Tried it with Legion armor and Powder Ganger outfits and I can wear them and continue through the dialog. It just seems to do it with NCR armor. To test it, I've used the Box of Wonders mod to try it with various outfits and NCR ones are the only ones it does it with. Any help with this problem?

I'm not familiar with the NPC Projects but I noticed a note in description that said "...adjusted the factions of Freeside to make sure that they won't help you during your fights...".

NPC factions are usually seperate from NPC armor factions but still I would start there and see if disabling it fixes the problem. If not you'll just have to disable a few at a time and try it.

It sounds like the NCR faction warning script was changed in a bad way by one of your plugins.

I tried disabling the NPC Project files, but it didn't do anything. Disabled others that I thought might have affected the faction armor, and it seems that the problem was the NVEC mod. I still had an old version of the mod, and updated, and now it is fine. Thanks.
