Mod request/idea Phantom armor

Hi y'all.

 

I reacently stumbled upon an interesting thing during my god knows which playtrough. One of the coolest looking armors in ME1 was definately Nhilus's Phantom Armor. Which didn't make an appearance in ME2.

 

Or so i thought. I stumbled upon a sick turian in Mordin's clinic that apparently wears this armor which shows that there are tex and meshes in ME2.

 

Now I'm not adept enough in modding ME games but maybe someone with more skills would like to give it a go so we could see garrus rocking this thing. Screenshot for proof and reference.
