Save file size massive due to presence of instances from an uninstalled mod.

So I have a few questions, I'll ask them all here in one post to make things easier.
1st off, I've looked through my papyrus logs, I don't think any of the errors present in the logs is significant, but I am getting a bunch of missing scripts, and.pex files etc. and I
a) don't know how to fix it
b) don't know if it even needs to be fixed.
Secondly
I've run savegame script scalpel on my most recent save file, and for some reason there is like thousands of script instances all linked to the Arnima resource, which belongs to Beyond reach, which I do not have installed, nor have I ever had it installed on my current playthrough. I don't want to mess with the instances, but if anyone could help, that would be appreciated.

I can't upload my papyrus log on this cause it's too long.

If the script scalpel is showing instances relating to a mod you've uninstalled, then clean the save. Those things can make your game very unstable. Skyrim saves an astonishing amount of stuff in your game save, so running a utility to clear out your save files on a regular basis is a good idea. Papyrus logs are almost useless for pinpointing problems unless you are quite skilled in understanding them.

I don't even know why those scripts are present as I never had beyond reach installed on this mod playthrough, even from a clean save. They could be linked to something and I'm not sure what. I did have a go at removing them and for some reason they affected frostfall and it couldn't correctly activate.
