AncientSion
Basicly, im looking for a way to edit values like weapon damage and weight of stuff.I remember back for FO3 i had a FO3EDIT which allowed me to see all mods that use a specific item. I would then edit the items entry in the last modfile in my FOMM. I cant seem to find anything like that for NV though. How would i best go about adding weapon damages and weight ? thanks

AncientSion
Yay. Thank you. I get this error though ? 0:08] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: FormID [010103B4] in file DeadMoney.esm refers to master file DeadMoney.esm which has not been assigned a global load order> Edited August 4, 2012 by AncientSion
viennacalling
Sounds like it doesn't know where Dead Money goes in your load order. Where does Dead Money currently go?

AncientSion
That fixed it.One last question. How can items that arent modded ? For example, all weapons have multiple entries, like a gun is being used by falloutnv.esm and missionmojave.esp. In that case, i can edit the damage but only while choosing missionmojave.esp as the edited file. Now i want to edit the weight of the vacuum cleaner, which apparently is only references by falloutnv.esm and all items only references by the stock file cant be altered. luthienanarion
You cannot edit anything in Fallout.esm. If you want to change something in it, right-click the form in the left pane and select "Copy as override into..." and select "<new file>." Give your plugin a name and confirm that you want to set Fallout.esm as a master to it. You can then change the record in your plugin.
