Dawnguard - Becoming a vamp made my character horribly ugly, help!

Becoming a vampire changes your characters race, so some of your custom features change with the race change. Textures given to say a Breton, are different than textures given to a Breton Vampire. This is one reason I don't want to be a vampire, I like the way I look.

Are you feeding her well?Because the Vampires need a lot of blood to stay like a normal person. Also, you can use some Potions of Blood to keep you fed.Make sure you feed her well and she will not be so ugly.

"Skin will become dark and cloudy if you don't feed for a while."(as seen here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Vampire_Lord).

I went on a feeding frenzy and that seems to have the issue sorted, thanks!

How many thralls did you feed on to revert back into the non-wrinkly vampire look? I had like.. ten, but it doesn't work for me. Do I need to feed on ten more?
