Help with a crash.Strangst so far.

Well I currently have stopped adding mods to my new Vegas(64 is enough I've learned from passed experiences).The odd crash I've having is from quick travel.

Every time I quick travel it crashes.I don't understand the game runs smooth as butter with the little shutter every now and again.

IF anyone has ran into this problem try to help me fix it.I thought it was EDE a day ago but it just happens at random some times it doesn't.
