Cyberpunk Raider And Gunner Replacements (Synthful Traitors And Rogue Protoypes)

i was wondering if someone could make all raiders and gunners wear the synthful traitor armor and rogue prototype armor and change their names to "Synthful Traitors" and "Rogue Prototypes" and make their weapons they use Quad Rioters' weapons (Accelerator, RAW, Technetronic, etc). so could some one do this?
