Heavily Modded Fallout 3 Crash After Final Cutscene

So I just beat the main story of Fallout 3 whilst heavily modded and when the final cutscene finishes, it crashes. I got it to work once, but rather than taking me to the part afterwards where broken steel starts, it took me to the main menu so it seems to me as if broken steel isn't loading even though both NMM and FOMM have it checked. I also believe Mothership Zeta and The Pitt aren't working either because through my time playing, I never got any sort of quest for them, however, Point Lookout and Operation Anchorage have loaded perfectly fine so I'm quite confused. I have run my load order through BOSS multiple times and will paste it below. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am actually surprised the game will run with the number of plugins you have. Problems usually start at around 120-125 active plugins.

 

Your load order is not correct. The DLCs are out of order. Correct order is: Anchorage, ThePitt, StreetLights, BrokenSteel, PointLookout, Zeta. Note where StreetLights should be.

 

Mod files with plugins for the DLCs should load in the same order.

 

As noted on the mod page, Streetlights-Wasteland is part of StreetLights and is not needed.

 

You should also investigate what compatibility patches you need.

 

One I know you do need is Custom Race Endings Broken Steel Override. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6240

 

Once you have made changes to your load order, you have to rebuild the merged patch. Also, it should load last.

I fixed my load order and downloaded the mod that you suggested and it worked great. Funny thing is, with the amount of mods I have installed, I've only witnessed 4 crashes, that one after the end of the cutscene being one of them. Anyways, thank you very much for the help, it's much appreciated.
