Presets for mods? (like mod pack, without including mods)

Foreword:
I'm new to Skyrim, but I play all my games with several mods and also wrote some easy script mods myself. But I'm totally stunned about skyrim mods O.ô Not only they are so many, it is also very very very complicated to make them work and you have to study and learn so many things, only to play with mods. I already spent one whole day, I still think it is just impossible to have ~50+ mods flawlessly working without studying one additional week.

Of course "mod packs" created from experienced players/modders would be a perfect solution. But I understand, that it is not allowed to include many mods in one pack.

Solution:
So the solution would be some kind of preset. The experienced player links to all those mods and you can download them and a preset file. Then you start a modmanager and the preset file will make sure that all those mods are installed/merged/loaded the correct way.

Is there already a solution like that?

This would not only solve the installation, but also helps when choosing mods. I eg. would like to have very good graphic for everything, but there are so many different graphic mods and I don't want to try every single one and I also would miss specific ones.

Wish I could help. Nothing I know of, just some links of peoples mods that they swear are "the way to play" lol. Just make SURE they're for Skyrim SE if you're playing that version. Google or ddg "skyrim SE best mods list" or something similar, and keep in mind, to make sure which version these mods are for... ;)
