assault2500
Hello everyone! I did custom NPC follower, using CK and Racemenu + hairstyle from mod "Beyond Skyrim: Bruma".So the trouble is in that hairstyle: first of all - I drag needed hairs to a custom NPC, and in a CK it just show character bald and error cone above the head. In the CK head skin matches the body, but ingame its dark brown, but with the exact hair I wanted, no missing texture and with the right color, but the face brown. CK show me in error tab: Non-skinned facegen part of two nif files (see attachment)...I already tried to fix by:- ctrl+f4 - patch in wrye bashBut got no result... - Setnpcweight isn't option, cuz I wanna permanent solution...I know about same with custom npc with apachii hairs, but I cant find enough info to fix my trouble...So what should I do??? Niborino9409
Sounds like this problem goes deeper. You probably have to reach out to those that made it for this. Cause I doubt it's as easy as to check the "skinned" checkbox in nifskope
EgoAltar
You have to use the Export Head function in Racemenu. This will put a head .nif and facetint .dds in your Data > SKSE > Plugins > Chargen folder. Open Data > Textures > Actors > Character > Facegen > Facetint > *YourCharacterName*.esp and replace the .dds file there with the one you exported. You must change the name of the file to match the one you are replacing. Keep a copy of the new .dds somewhere, because you will have to do this everytime you make adjustments to your character in the CK.
