Premium Bugged?

Hello,

 

i bought Premium yesterday and there is writen like " U will get Premium Automatic as soon as Payment is done".

 

Nothing like this did happen.

Not even on another Coputer / like Cookies or something.

 

Is there any trouble with this right now or i have to wait to get Premium manually ?

You have to log out of the nexus, then log back in.

i even changed my computer - and iam not a premium member there.

i logged in and out servial times - nothing helps :D

But iam not allowed to use Premium Server for example ;)

I want to download faster, becuz otherwise i have to turn mad.

Ah I see, if you've logged in and out then all I can think of is the site is overloaded and things aren't working properly, since the release of Dawnguard the site has been falling apart. Maybe a member of staff can do it manually?

Log out of everything, forums and the sites. Close your browser,, relaunch and sign in again to everything. This will set a new session cookie that will allow you to access the premium servers.

Closed browser, ran CCleaner deleting all cookies, re-started computer, ran CCleaner again just to be sure, re launcher my browser and re-logged on. Still asks me to buy premium, even though I got a Lifetime. Paying 60 dollars and not getting it is kinda of upsetting.

I'm also having the same problem, I guess I'll wait a few days and see if anything changes.

Same exact problem here, I haven't been able to do anything on the site for the last 4 days. I read premium servers still let you download so I went ahead and bought premium. Having exact same issues, says I haven't bought it but then on subscription page it says I am premium. However none of the premium stuff actually works have rebooted, clean comps file, cookies and what not, still nothing. We can't be charged like this and then not have access if this continues we better be givin an extension or there will be some bad legal issues arising.

 

On sort of a side note, I haven't seen anyone report this yet but thought it was kind of funny, With nothing on the sites working right we are constantly being givin errors and disciptions are coming up blank. What I haven't seen anyone report is that when it comes up blank theres a little fine print that says this mod hasent been updated since 1969 some say 1970. Kind of amusing internet must have been really slow back then. :biggrin:
