Make sure you get permissions from the mod authors before doing that.

Your never gonna get that done. It would basically meaning noone will ever need to go to the original mod authors page.

Well, personally I don't think DoF and ENB give the best graphics ever. They pretty much do the opposite because they make anything out of range blurry. Great for those artistic screenshots, but not for graphics. I think people are mislead since any comments like this in the image share or mod comments will get negative rep'ed out of existence, but this is just my opinion. 'Best' could be anything depending on how you look at things.

I use Climates of Tameriel, the Imaginator, and Realistic Lighting, along with the textures chosen by the texture pack combiner and the Skyrim high res dlc, and my graphics are amazing. In fact, with my current settings, the last time I tried an enb a couple weeks ago, the only difference that was really noticeable was the controller lag and the crash after hearing a dragon roar. Everything else was pretty much the same. I think people don't realize that you can get the color simply by turning up you saturation in the Imaginator, though the enb color was pretty ambient, it didn't seem more realistic at all. Anyways, enb can be nice if you think it's worth the lag and crashing... I don't.

Eh, it's very, very good, but not the best ever. Try disabling ENB's internal Anisotropic Filtering and enforcing your own through your video card drivers. That should look even better.

About the mod thing:

I doubt you'll be able to include some of the mods, especially the texture one(s), as mod authors tend to dislike it when people spread their texturing work around. You have a good shot of being able to post the ENB mod as long as you get permission, because people are generally less protective of those. I think it's partially because much of the ENB work was already done by Boris Vorontsov so some people feel a little hypocritical when they refuse to let anyone else touch the files, and it's partially because everyne wants to see the next best ENB mod, and letting more people edit the files gives everyone a better chance at that. That's just me at least, maybe I'm wrong.
