Darnoc
I mostly play RPG's. And the only place where you can play good RPG's (with the exception of the Final Fantasy Games on PS2 and Fable on Xbox) is the PC. There you can find all those great RPG-Games. And of course, PCs can be upgraded and will always stayed ahead with their graphics.

Peregrine
PC >>> All. Macs are the closest, but still well behind. Consoles are absolute trash. I'm too lazy to repost my explanations, so that's all you get. The Hellbird has spoken. Go and spread His wisdom to the people.
vandorssen
I guess I'm the only mac fanboy... Oh well, we always fight alone. :!: Apple Rules :!: I am absolutely a Mac supporter. I use my Mac G5 as my “real” computer, and my PC almost exclusively for playiing games. Before that I had a G3/450, Pmac 9600, and even a legendary Mac IIfx (code named: Wicked Fast, noted as the first personal computer to support a hard drive larger than 2GB, and more than 128MB RAM; also had the first instance of what would be called DDR RAM (at the time called “latched read/write mode”)). However, I long ago came to the conclusion that Macs simply are not an adequate gaming platform, although it is not from lack of trying. In terms of pure specifications, a Mac system does have more raw processing power than a comparable Intel or AMD based system, and more importantly, it is the kind needed for games. However, try as we might, Macs still make up a mere 3% of the “new” computer market, although approximately 15% of all systems currently in use (excluding educational systems) are Mac systems (whether OS X, or legacy Classic systems). This is not particularly palatable to game developers and usually we Mac users get a castrated version of the game, sometimes (as is the case with Diablo II and Warcraft) running under some built-in Windows emulator. It is rather ironic in a way, as at one time, it was the other way around (Macs were “toy” computers for games, and PCs were “serious work” computers). However, look to the bright side… The next XBox will use the Power Mac G5 as the development platform (meaning any developer who want to make game for the next XBox will have to get a Mac, and the games will be hardware compatible with them…), and the Nintendo Game Cube is essentially a miniaturized version of a 400Mhz Power Mac G4 (although they do use entirely different BIOS code and whatnot). And I can sometimes even get Morrowind to run decently under my SoftPC Windows emulator, but it does take a lot of messing around to do it right. hundinman
I like PC better, upgrades make a big diff. Better graphics I think, no memory cards needed, even though not all consoles need them (x box). I think that x box is the best console, games are a little easier to play with a controller for me because there are not so many buttons to memorize the location of. Peregrine
Um, how do you do that thing where you hide the results? Thats a new one, l-bird. Thou shalt have no consoles before the one true gaming system. Thou shalt only play games on the PC, any other option is sin and thou shalt burn in hell for eternity. I hid no results. There is simply only one choice. The Hellbird has spoken. Now go and carry His wisdom to the people.

Peregrine
The "Holy Microsoft Empire" is merely a mob of sinners and heretics. The great one will smite them when He has no more need for them, but for now they are useful tools in His plans.
