All npc's acting like mannequins

okay so i had a problem the other day BOSS asked me to update so i did and my game started to CTD immediately after bethesda logo which didnt happen earlier that day. so i restored BOSS to an older version, as well as reinstalled skyrim. That worked... or so i thought. I can load a game and no CTD but my char is stuck in a mannequin stance always, with spells or weapon drawn, while jumping and moving. i can move jump and attack but my char never leaves this position its in and i dont see any attack or jump or walking animations just hear the sounds of whichever action im using. same with spells no animation but the sound is there and in 1st person i see nothing even with weapons and such drawn. All NPCs are stuck in this position as well, i can talk to them but they are static and dont move at all. Animals and creatures seem unaffected.

I have the most recent updates for Skyrim and SKSE(1.7 and 1.5.11 respectively)

Have no idea why i get the warnings for WIC cloaks i have only one activated in the data files for skyrim and NMM, also have the cloaks of skyrim compatibilty patch. I dont know why i get these warnigs everytime but the game has ran fine before with them there

 

Also have dimonized UNP base body which never shows up anywhere but works perfectly fine in game. dont understand this either...

 

Any help is GREATLY appreciated so THANK YOU in advance. Also if this is the wrong place for this kind of problem i apologize and wish to be directed to the right forum.

From what I see you only have FNIS Spells, install the main FNIS and try if it works...

Thank you sir! I had the main files installed I just forgot to run the FNISgeneratorforusers after I re-installed everything and re-activated the mod. So I ran that and that seems to have solved the problem. Wouldnt have noticed it was FNIS if you hadnt pointed it out tho and i read thru that list a couple times and never caught it! And since your here, any ideas why dimons UNP never shows up or why i get the WIC cloaks warnings? It isnt stopping me from playing and they work, im just curious. And THANK YOU again

I don't use the UNP mod but maybe it's an unrecognised mod for BOSS so it is not seen on this list cause I see only recognised and re-ordered ones in the list you gave and I don't know exactly why it gives warnings for the cloaks mod but I use it without a problem too, maybe cause there are 3 esp files installed by the mod with the word cloaks in it? I don't know...
