Supported list is not complete

Augusta - you asked that I clarify using the guidelines associated with the link noted - I actually was initially, but if there is some other info needed other than the following, please be concise as to what you need -

 

 

1. VORTEX Version - 0.17.8
I am not trying to mod a game. I have no mods installed for the games I wish to add to the 'Managed' list. I am using Win 10

2. I thought my topic name was pretty concise: Supported list is not complete - to be clearer, I want to have all supported games noted on my Vortex 'Supported' list. At this time there are only 45 listed. If you need to know the contents that make up the 45 I will be happy to respond. There is no error message associated with this issue.

Trying to ADD FO3 and FONV - neither are noted on the 'supported' list and are not found in a search (probably because they're not on 'supported')

What I need is to have Vortex add all games that are supported. I don't know how many there are but I'm pretty sure it's more than 45 and I read that FO3 and FONV are definitely supported. I don't think I can just download into Vortex without using a link from the 'Supported' page.

I do appreciate your help but my issue seems to be rather cut and dried - need to know how to get the 'Supported' page go populate properly.

If you need more clarity please respond with the information you need. Truly this issue has nothing to do with mods. I just want to add the games to 'Managed' but I am not aware of a way to add them unless they are on the 'Supported' list.

Thank you for the additional information and clarifications. Please understand that this problem can have more than one reason. That is why I asked for additional information, and that is why HadToRegister asked about various Vortex settings.

 

Three more questions.

 

1. What happens when you push the hide/unhide button?

 

 

 

2. What is the sum total of the games listed as Managed, Discovered, and Supported?

 

3. Have you checked to see if the extensions for Fallout 3 and Fallout NV are enabled?

Thanks for your response;

1. Pushing the 'Show.Hide hidden games' on the 'Supported' page changes nothing.

2. Sum total of 'Managed games' is 3. Discovered is 4 but that is because I have not activated another game (Not associated with FO). I downloaded it last night just to be sure it was still possible to do this. 'Supported' is now 44 since I downloaded the previously mentioned game.

3. The extensions for both FO3 and FONV are activated. However none of the 44 listed are anywhere on my system. So their extensions are not activated.

What are your managed games, and what are your discovered games? Normally games not listed in Supported games are found either in Managed games or Discovered games.

Problem has now been solved, Augusta. No idea what I did or what occurred to make that happen but now FO3 and FONV are in the Discovered list. I do appreciate all the time and attention you've given this issue.
