help for Load Order

good day.. so, my skyrim keep crashing on desktop. wondered if its something wrong with load order..
Could someone please help me sort them, I`d already tried loot and wrye bash,, but it keeps crashing randomly

I see a few issues:

First, your Unofficial Patches are in the wrong place. You need to make sure when you run LOOT that you click the sort button, and then click Apply once it's done sorting. They should be loading directly after their masters, i.e. Unofficial Skyrim Patch should load just after Update.esm, UDawnguardP should load after Dawnguard.esm, etc. However, since you have all the DLC, you should switch to the Unofficial Legendary Edition Patch (aka USLEEP).

 

Next, you're using both SkyRe and PerMa. While the author doesn't say they're directly incompatible, I would advise using only one.

 

Finally, with a load order that busy, you'll need to set up an SKSE.ini and possibly the Crash Fixes mod. Note that SKSE.ini does NOT come with SKSE and must be set up manually. Here's a guide:
